Any damages or flaws incurred during shipping from the PH address to the receiver's address are already beyond my liability, given that the item is in good condition as stated upon purchase and given that a proof has been provided of the item's condition before shipping; thus, no refund will be given.

Shipping delays caused by couriers are already beyond my control. If you wish to ask for updates regarding the status of your parcels, feel free to send me a direct message, but please be respectful when doing so.

In case of delayed shipping, please make sure to coordinate with me first before filing any refund claims so I can help you track the parcel.

For refund claims of lost or missing parcels, a refund will only be provided after getting a confirmation from the courier that the parcel was indeed lost or missing in transit. This does not include delayed shipping. Unless the courier confirmed that the parcel was missing or lost, no refund will be provided.

An uncut unboxing video is required when requesting a refund for any damaged parcels/items.

Reservation is a maximum of 3 days only. If unpaid, the next miner will get the item.

Payment first unless stated otherwise. I'm open to doing flexible DOP for items amounting to more than PHP 5,000 pesos.

Payment for the local or international shipping fee can be made on the day of the shipment or upon arrival of the items at the PH address.

For items under NORMAL ETA, expect 2-3 months before they arrive from the warehouse to the PH address.

For STBO (soon-to-be-on-hand) items, it takes within 1 month for them to arrive at my PH address.

The delivery time listed above is only an estimate.

In case of delays, it's already beyond my control and liability.
